Five Ways to Get Your Body Moving

Make sure that you're getting between seven to eight hours quality sleep each night. Don't eat within two hours of going to bed, and don't watch t v or look at your phone two hours before going to bed. Move a little more - our ancestors were much healthier on average than what we are today. Take the stairs instead of the elevator and stretch for a little bit every time you're sitting for a long period. If you slow down how much you eat consistently, your body will thank you.
