Google and bing are a prophet making enterprises. So you could imagine that some users, even if i wantd to op in to some system that informed me of potential health problems, i'd use google or bing or whatever service was offering this a litte bit less knowing that. You could supplement the search data with survey data in interesting ways that might make the data much more powerful in kind of th disease detection products.
