Do You Have Fiduciary Duties?
The dutch had collected too much data, and so are we. The second mistake they made was that they didn't have an easy way to delead data quickly in the event of an emergency. And neither do we. We're doing it at a scale that's absolutely unprecedented. A third thing is to implement fidutiary duties. It's not enough for people to say, i'm relely interested in personal data and in want to analyze it. If you don't accept a duty of care with respect to that data, then find another job. With great power comes great responsibility. Personal data bestows great power upon those who analyze it.
