Habits are the holy grail of like managing ADHD and our executive functions. But it takes a lot more work and effort than you think or wants. When we change environments for whatever reason, I need to bring that that whatever the habit is into that environment very intentionally. It's so easy for that kind of stuff to slip. The idea of that no news is good news is sometimes fake news.
