In ancient Greek myth, the gods punish King Sisyphus. For his arrogance, by sensing him to push an enormous boulder up a hill only to see it roll back down again. He's condemned to repeat for eternity. Similarly today, we all think we're pretty arrogant. We can probably get everything done that we possibly want to get done. But really, they're just speeding this conveyor belt up quicker because they get a reputation for being very good at customer service and responding really quickly.
