The Importance of Reading a Case Note
There's just no case law on your side. It doesn't mean you get to make it up right. And if you know you're in suddenly you find it in a new magic place maybe be a little bit skeptical. Judge Peck said it wasn't necessary he could tell immediately if somebody had not read a case or only read the case note and when they signed it like I'm not an idiot.
