productivity is about increasing impact, not about squeezing the last drop out of the fruit when the fruit is you. My friend nick winner runs a tet company out in san francisco. He usd to o these things called maniac weeks where he optimized everything away. I think it's really cruol to do this from time to time. And sometimes i do this for a week to month, and you feel great doing it right now. You know, i think everybody learns eventually, like, systems and people become more important than individual productivity.
