UCLA and USC Joining the Big 10 for the 20 24 Season

I've been doing a thought experiment. This is semi related to this, but it's been troubling me the last few days and I'm going to air it here. If if we had a system where 20% of the people made all the decisions for the other 80%, we would view that as tyrannical. We just need more people to choose to participate in those numbers change. What are your thoughts on UCLA and USC joining the big 10 for the 20 24 season? Andrew Heaton.
