Decentralize Catastrophe Weapons for Everyone
Almost every dollar that transacts in the world, something like a hundred trillion dollars a day, has environmental external ies. It's the entire market causing them. So the catastrophe's direction is very decentralized. And as tech gets more powerful, there's this idea that we like of like, oh, ex financial te like, democratize everything, like, and democratize everything. Sounds nice superficially but not such a nice idea.
