The Big Bang, Forget What You Have
I think most of us suspect that big, bangary rights are a bad idea. And it's impossible to know what you're getting because everyone will tell you about all the positives. Most people don't even know what the negatives are until they try it out. I would argue that most of the cases you can do little increments on your current processes or so far cycles and see is this better? Rather than the whole big bang, forget what we have.
