So now we're going to be doing a little bit of awareness to our kind of traditional five senses, the five senses we learn about at school. Think to yourself, I am free to notice ease. Now let's move to a sense of sight of vision. So if you have closed your eyes for the constructive rest, you might at least for this little portion of it enjoy opening them and allowing your gaze just to fall where it naturally does. And as you look out and see whatever is in front of you, notice that you are actually receiving those visual images that they are coming to you.
