The Importance of Due Diligence

The money that i borrowed to buy this deal was from my grandparents. These are like world war two survivors that immigrated to the states and were blue collar workers. They sold a house to move close to my parents and they had a little bit of money in savings. The fact that i didn't do my due diligence and realizing this after the fact was really just super hard on on my heart you know.
