We've got this whole neurochemical cocktail that gets released whenever we are curious. And then another thing that came to mind was, we interviewed Janina Fisher for our addiction summit coming up. One of the first things she does when she's working with clients is she tries to switch their orientation from maybe judgment or shame or whatever to curiosity.
