The Man on Boat in River
It's a surrealist movie, you know, like the crazy colors. You are showing war and you're showing Vietnam in a way that probably people had not seen it before. To me, it feels like a war movie as imagined by guys who didn't really get war, but they got like trauma and soul stuff. Even Martin Sheen, like he was also for F like this is a war movie made by people who didn't know anything about the war, but thought they did.
