COVID has taught us that you don't need to be attached to a desk. Most of my agents that are really successful get in, they put their headphones on and go to the calls. Property managers saying they got their headsets on and they're just pounding away tenants owners. It's a bit of chit chat and a bit of talking banter. So there's that, which is a missing part. And it's also taught some of us that we can be more productive.
