The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Is All Elected, Majority Democrats
Every ten years after the census, both states have good sized republican majorities in both houses. Because the state courts are run by liberals, democrats win the day because they're on the same side. This is so bad what was done in pennsylvania, so bad that even though the republicans have a majority in in the legislatury now, they're likely to lose it. The supreme court of the united states did nothing. It's much like scille and thomas. They come at it from an earnest position; you might have a different result. That's ok. But if you want to burn it down and remake america, and that's a whole nother story.
