Sally Kohn: "Primary responsibility does lie with the court and it's assertion of this completely unbridled authority" She says President Obama has been derelict in using his bully pulpit to focus public attention on Supreme Court. The justices were almost bred in a hot house of really strong cultural legions to a particular right-wing agenda, she says.
