Is There Value in Putting Time Labels on Your Road Map?
Sometimes there'll be things that are strategically important. Your product may have some sort of cadence, like your building for the education system. It loses value if you don't get it done in time. The key thing is not to penalize yourself by giving dates for everything unnecessarily. You can be a hundred % leanan and 100% date driven. Most teams are actually probably not quite so flexible.
