Is China Making Ultraviolet Machines?
China is very smartly focusing on the trailing edge. They're building up tons and tons of capacity at 28 nanometers, all these older chips which they can make. The potential here will be Germany. It's possible that China is making UV their own UV machines in 10 years or theoretically again,. maybe a jet like Canon or Nikon theoretically could, but I think it's pretty unlikely.
