The Paradox of Sovereignty
The notion of sovereignty within the coordination's idea is much more about this kind of like coexisting but sort of like mutually autonomous and perhaps excused from each other layers of sovereignty. I think exploring those overlapping jurisdictions and additional layer of sovereignty is really what distinguished the coordination type of work we're doing from the more traditional and institutional biology style of network states. So let's go back to the basics and let's try and map the notions that we have developed in the context of institutional theory with the more traditional concept of nation and states and nation states and network states.
