The Role of Women in Government Expenditure
Women spend a larger share of the money that they get on community building. This includes activities like setting up a community hall where people could come together and sit. Even with less spending power, there isn't that much difference in education because both men and women seem to be investing about the same. The fact that you are ultimately interacting so much with the male dominant environment in the government, that's probably a magic you can't really impact on when we're talking about fiscal capacities.
