How to Reduce the Time Difference Between Beers

Time we know has an impact on everything. We have two systems brewing at the same time. And so to reduce that, that time difference down to 20 minutes from a day or two, it makes me feel more confident in the results that we get. Bradley: With multiple taps on your keiser or kegrator, do you prefer to reserve say one to three for the same styles while swapping out styles on the other taps? Or do you just change as you go without really thinking about it?
