Dr Tynan's sinuses, SIU-S, are a cavity that has only one opening. You would think the drain point for these sinuses would be at the lowest point in the sinus. But no, we evolved from sort of hanging around on all fours to standing upright. So when you lean forward, then they can drain out - but why is it taking so long?
