Biden's Attorneys Have the Better Argument

Biden's attorneys have the better of this argument. I didn't really think it was a close call. The only reason why I would say, hey, look. This is not something I would approach my client say you're in the clear for sure is it's all just weird. It does look like the deal was a better deal for their client than the DOJ was portraying it to be.
