The Threat of Climate Change and Artificial Intelligence
There is no way to effectively regulate dangerous technologies like artificial intelligence. In a situation of rising global tensions, it's impossible. Even if europe sn't want to produce its own killer roberts, then you have also to do it because you don't want to be left behind. So again, if if this war is allowed to continue, and especially if putting is allowed to win, the repecastions will not just be to the military budgets. It will also mean that we have no real chance of preventing the kind of distopien technological scenarios like the rise of killerroberts.
