Gabapentinoids and Sciatica
Most patients with ridiculous pain will end up on gabapentin or pre-gablin so those are anti-apylactic drugs originally and are now approved for people with neuropathic pain. There's not any evidence at all to support doing that the we've had two maybe three kind of trials that would be of a size and quality to give us any information. I think it comes back to like the audience you know the listener what's your personal philosophy of practice? You're just thinking about referring to prescribers in which case you're kind of alleviated the decision anyway.
