The Importance of Stakeholder Buy-in in Design Sprints
There is no tall tell method for every decision or way of going about it. What I usually do is, you know, stakeholder buy in is really the biggest component when you're needing to move quickly on the decision. There are certainly times where we run workshops using Figma Figjam that aren't so time box in that two hours. So either way, what I encourage teams to do is really foster that collaboration and be able to get that buy in from every stakeholder before you make your decision.
