How to Encourage Teaching in Medicine
I think that may be another way that we can encourage teaching in medicine is by asking you know sort of rostering names on a rotor and asking juniors. It's definitely about it's a good idea to have them you know identify what they want to learn and help facilitate them learn that. Those discussions are valuable absolutely. I agree if you give the impression that you know no question is silly then your juniors are more likely to get engaged and involved and keen to learn and participate.
