Psychopaths or sociopath have a very grandiose sense of self-worth. They do not tell the truth and they are very insincere. And there's a tendency towards devaluing speech among psychopaths by inflating and distorting it towards their selfish ends. The social personality is they have a very low tolerance to frustration and a very low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence.
