Are We Surviving as It Are Duty to Survive?

I think fundamentally that we have this compulsive view of the necessity of existence. Our culture is distinctly lacking in gaiety. The idea of God as creating the universe for the fulfillment of his purpose is a conception of God quite strangely lacking in either humour or joy, despite some hints to the contrary and the Bible. In other words, look at our churches as symbols of our attitude to God. They have a calling windows of an indescribable brown yellow, muddly stained glass.
