Students attitudes and emotions, in my view, need to be taken into account. And making number sailing in everyday life engaging in conversations about numbers can have a positive effect. We don't yet fully sand whether poor mouth competence leads to moth anxiety, or whether moth anxiety leads to poor mouth performance. The two pathways are possible.
