"The biggest thing we could do is force government to be able to hire people more quickly," he says. "We've got so many amazing technologists who want to go work in government, and it takes nine months to get them hired." A lot of what we've been talking about is kind of cultural issues, but a lot of it is the people that go to work in government; they're really good people. We need to create a better pathways or make working for the US government more attractive to younger talented people?"
