The Alberta Sovereignty Act and What It Means

Jeff Siglet: This isn't necessarily that new inconvenience confederation. There have been cases of provincial non-enforcement before fighting about provincial jurisdiction over everything from straws to eggs. If the province has all didn't enforce any federal law, will we live in dysfunctional other rules? Yes. But there is a checks and balances idea of how non-enforcement realizes one of the values we think of with federal and religious federalism which is liberty.
