The Reaction I'm Having
For so long my life is a source of panic and negativity. On cu i find myself at that same miserable section, fighter flight, fighter flight. And now, for the first time, i have a third choice, breathing. Wimhof turns out to be a real character, graybeard, intent stare the energy of a seven year old. We jam our guitars, drumgs, we do breathing exercises, we talk, and finally we go out to his porch. It's winter and hard so it's freezing. I can see my breath.
