In a lot of industries, the quality of the management team ends up mattering tremendously in the relative success of the business. A great management team can actually add a tremendous amount of value, right? I'll just give you one example that just comes to mind because it was fairly recent. This is a company developing novel therapies for the treatment of sickle cell disease. It affects about 100,000 people in the US.

On today’s show we’ll discuss another empty room – an opportunity ignored by most investors because they either don’t want to or can’t participate.
