This book is the end of my love affair with a problem that lasted 30 years and i couldn't solve. And finally i declared defeat and said, it's unsolvable. It does build on some of the tools of conscious business, but it's much more philosophical. In general, every player's job is to help the team win. But we are self interested, so each person would like to do the best for him or herself.
