Not a thinking how you doing today table. I feel like I'm getting deeper into sleep debt every single day and we talk about this everything week. Why do you go so much so much into sleep that guess it was alright actually I was like probably fully asleep by 1045 p.m. something. If I can just do that a few more times I think today I should be able to do that. Tomorrow I've got a lads dinner which might scuppa those plans but it's got to be done. So sleep sleep debt sleep deprivation yep how do they feel.
