When you hear, especially when you hear somebody talking about their strengths, you hear glimpses of who they want to be. And then level four, it's called generative listening or listening for the future to emerge. I think that's a really good skill for coaches to learn like you laid out those four levels. We're not not all of us are anywhere close to being able to go all the way up to four all the time. But I think that listening for intent or listening for content is super important"
