Allegiant Raiders Ticket Complaint

We're going to send this complaint through that has to do with football. It's from josh in las vegas. Do not trust allegion airlines to honor their package deals. I've booked two separate packages through allegent for hotel and raiders tickets. Both times, they sent worse tickets than the tickets advertised in the packages. Chat customers service doesn't work,. The phone lines say it's two plus ours to talk to someone. Thank i'm not dealing with a fly this o and i'm not happy.
