How to Pick the Right Boot Camp

There's so many boot camps. Some of them are quite expensive, some have a lot of information. What's your recommendation on how to pick the right boot camp? There's some that I've seen that I'm trying to,. the names of them escape me, but they're kind of difficult. If you find something like that, there's value. But one of the things my experience, you know, back in his IT days, I got my CCNA through a boot camp.
