Canola Oil Is Better Than Olive Oil
The higher the heat, the more color, the more flavor for certain things. I seared somei like fast fried steaks last night. Some what those fast fry, like those thin, cheap steaks you get at the grocery store. Why are you eating those? Well, they were cheap, and they make, they cook quickly. And like they don't have to set fat around them. See just fire men in the the frying pan. Although i better not use the oil any more, because this oil that i bought is too fattening now.
