Siburn: I think there's a universal consenttos that it's been handled really badly. There are mechanical things like centralizing lists of people, of refugees, people who ware looking to leave the country,. where just the government hasn't done it. It seems from the outside like there's even some buck passing on which agencies should be involved in that kind of centralizing thing. The administration official said they were ashamed of the way the government has handled it.
