The Supreme Court's Decision in Arms Robert
The court found that the foster cares weren't closely integrated into the local aucthorities or organization. Nor could it be said that the local authority enjoyed a close degree of control over the way in which the foster parents performed their duties. But notwithstanding all of that, the supreme court said that the Local Authority was still liable for sexual abuse conducted by fosticarros.
