Detachment Is a Big Thing

When we start using something and it doesn't go right, or we get frustrated with it, we're going to feel that emotion. Shifting out of the shame or whatever the other negative emotions are in detaching can make a world of difference. Not using your planner is a symptom of probably what could be like a whole bunch of little individual problems that need to be addressed. Are you misplacing it? Where's the disconnect am I forgetting? You know, you can't solve the problem until you get to the real root underlying cause.
