Sleep is obviously the foundation of supporting our mental health. If our sleep is impacted, so will then be our ability to cope and look after ourselves. Financial stress can impact on your sleep - you might find that before bed, you have those racing thoughts,. You may even dream about your financial stresses. So going over some really basic sleep hygiene is trying to put your phone away, doing some journaling, creating a safe space for you to sleep. Remember, bed should only be used for sleep and for sex!
