The Conflicting World Views of Contemplative Prayer

The idea of contemplative prayer is trying to have it both ways. It's trying to say yes there's a way to communicate with the with God, but they're also trying to say no this is this is a way to sort of connect with a divine or kind of go deeper than yourself to connect with the divine. And so there's a lot of people there and more and more unfortunately. There's no distinction between creator and creation and you have to is them. Where is the distinction between the trying creator and his creation?
