I think so much of us changing the reward structures of society these reward structures start really really young they start in elementary school when we say well grades. I think it's actually can be quite profound imagine a society where virtue pays and people who are intrinsically motivated to do what they're doing is rewarded for finding their own source of meaning that contributes to the world. The spell has started to break in certain fields like in Silicon Valley where people are just concerned that someone can actually program as opposed to you know where they got their degree or if they got a degree but I'm just wondering how you think there could be a reset in education i hope we don't have the time to go down
