Is There a Revolution in Social Transformation?

i think that any meaningful process of social transformation, anything that we describe as a revolution or anything like that, involves people finding points of commonality. There are powerful, evolved psychological mechanisms for group identity and group participation. Those are always going to be really salient features like the human mind but what actually constitutes a group has no evolved psychological content whatsoever. We need to know what those words mean before we form our coalitions. And politics it's all about forming coalitions, right? Like, if you're in a minority group,. whether you're trans, whether you're black, you need to expand your coalition to win. To get there's winning hearts and minds. But to win hearts
