Cancel Culture Explained?

Cancell culture is an overall speech climate in which people are afraid of not just losing their job, but also becoming publicly shamed. I think it's important to ask a question of simply, how do you get wildly disproportionate punishments for speech infractions? And that, to me, has a lot to do with the behavior of whoever it is you have offended. People who are most idiologically anti cancel culture constantly engage in what i think of as cancel behavior. The thing where you pull a tweat from somebody who is much less powerful than you, and you raise it up as something ridiculous or that should be mocked,. So you begin heating that augarithmic mirality thing.
