The Problem With Downtown Los Angeles

The Joker hasn't changed in well I've been here 32 years and it hasn't changed it's probably going on for 50 years the only thing that changes is the newer characters get out there like Bart Simpson or you know whatever. The problem with that area right now is heavy homeless sorry Wow they must have all moved out of downtown because yeah what's going on downtown they still down there.
